Stylish, spacious, bright, and light, this top-floor apartment makes a super-comfy couple’s coastal retreat. Enjoy the jaw-droppingly gorgeous views of the beach from the balcony, the floor to ceiling windows in the living area and via the picture window in the bedroom. Right next to the beach, close to cafes, and with Mumbles and stunning beaches within easy reach it makes a perfect base.

With muted tones and plush furnishings, the apartment is all about guests’ comfort and relaxation. It’s on the third floor and has a spacious open-plan living space, with comfy sofas, a Smart TV, a dining area just for two, and a well-designed glossy kitchen that has everything you might need. There are huge windows in the living area and patio doors out to the balcony. The light and views flow through to the bedroom thanks to the clever design, where there’s a double bed, a Smart TV, and lots of storage; there’s also a smart shower room. Marvel at the unrivalled sea views from the private balcony with a glass of something chilled.

Caswell Bay is just over 150 metres away, accessed via the private path opposite the apartments. Relax on the beach, paddle, read a good book or have a go at water sports, you can book lessons with the school located at the bay. You’ll also find cafes and kiosks for ice cream treats, meals, and coffee. For shops and a vast range of places to eat out, head to Mumbles by car or on foot (2.5 miles). Spend your days beach hopping; there are stunning bays along the coast path on the way to Mumbles or jump in the car to visit Oxwich Bay (9.5 miles), a popular spot for water sports, Three Cliffs (6 miles) and Rhossili (15 miles).

Superb apartment with a stunning view of Caswell Bay. Accommodation comfortable and very well equipped, plus car parking on site. A perfect location for coastal walking. We can't wait to revisit !

The kitchen equipment was a bit lacking for the cooking equipment. Basic cleanliness was okay but the apartment could do with a deep clean. Eg skirting boards. As requested stripped the bedding to notice stained duvet. Shower unit needs a deep clean and shower drain cover was full of scum and hair.Entrance gates definitely need sorting this wouldRead more stop non residents parking in the car park. Hide

Absolutely loved our little breakaway, the only downside was the apartment directly below was having renovations done the entire week which started at 8am.. we didn't know about this until we were woken up by the work being done. The apartment was beautiful and the views are stunning.

appartment is great, well thought out , clean and very well equipped. we found the bed a little uncomfortabe and it's difficult to ventilate the bedroom - not an easy one to solve given the structure! Only other minor thing is the provision of one small bath towel each is a bit economical for the whole week.
