Make memories together with a stay in South Wales, enjoying the wonders of Gower’s delectable AONB beaches, walks along the Wales Coast Path and trips to the culture hub of Swansea (5 miles). Accommodating any small family of four or a couple looking to spread out with a little bit of extra room, this cosy cottage offers spacious interiors and ample garden space to make use of in the summer. It’s within walking distance of a local pub (1 mile), ideal when returning home from scenic coastal walks and electing not to cook. The property is also well-positioned for spending time in Mumbles (6 miles), the eclectic seaside resort with a Victorian pier and seafront attractions.

Clean lines and modern minimalism await in this home-from-home cottage. A central lounge/kitchen/diner is located on the ground floor, with plenty of space for all four guests to eat, dine and unwind together. There are also French doors leading out into the garden for those who want to make use of the sunny shared lawn space. To complete the ground floor, a cloakroom with an additional WC can be found. Continue upstairs to find two bedrooms accompanied by a family bathroom. The bedrooms are laid out as a double and a twin, each exceptionally comfy for hard-earned nights of rest.

Gower is peppered with secluded coves and pristine beaches, all of which can be explored close by. Rhossili Bay (16 miles), Three Cliffs Bay (7.5 miles) and Worms Head (16 miles) are all fantastic sandy destinations that must be visited. There’s also much to be seen inland, including the site of King Arthur’s Stone (8.5 miles) and the dramatic Weobley Castle (9.5 miles), both of which can be viewed on one scenic walk.

The cottage is in a great location on the edge of town thus with access to amenities, and yet also with easy access to the Gower countryside. The view from the sitting room is green and lovely, and country walks are available from the doorstep. The hosts are very friendly and live next-door.

Wonderful cottage, fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was clean, comfortable and extremely cosy which was essential in the stormy weather.
