A perfect place for a tranquile retreat! Away from the sound of traffic, the sound of other people, it is absolutely quiet here. In the neighbourhood, several good restaurants are available, plenty of opportunities to walk/hike in the Brecon Beacons National Park or in the Black Mountains, or visit ancient castles and ruins a bit further away. We stayed in Pine Cottgae, which we found to be very comfortable, extremely well equipped with delightful furnishings. The large well fenced garden and the paddock, were an extra bonus. Our two cocker spaniels, Daisy and Rosie had a wonderful time! The surrounding countryside is beautiful, in all weathers. We will be back again, hopefully, next yeaRead morer! Hide
