Entering this beautiful cottage, the stylishly arranged and elegantly tiled kitchen greets you, making a great space for rustling up romantic meals. Heading up the stairs, which have a rope banister, you will find an inviting lounge/diner. Perfect for snuggling up in the evening after a wonderful day out, the lounge is stylishly furnished and is ideal for curling up with a book or film in the evening. The antique central dining table provides a lovely space for sharing your favourite meals. When it’s time to retire, step through to the cheerful double bedroom which is alongside a charming bathroom. Outside, steps lead down to the private garden which has a terrace with patio furniture and a BBQ, offering a lovely spot for leisurely dining. You will also have exclusive use of an all-weather tennis court which you can reach via a path above the house.

Surrounded by the 40-acre grounds of the owner’s home, this delightful bolthole is perfectly situated for exploring the Brecon Beacons, with Fedw Equestrian Centre, Llywel View Point and Cefn Llechid all within 7 miles. Other local attractions include National Showcaves Centre for Wales, Llangorse Lake and the Red Kite Feeding Station at Llanddeusant, all within 18 miles.

A stunning setting with beautiful views all around. Quiet and serene, its the perfect location to relax and unwind. Cosy, homely and cleaned to a high standard. A delightful and very comfortable cottage set in the grounds of the owner's house. The owners, Jonathan and Priscilla, were very welcoming and helpful. The property is in a quiet and tranquil location, sitting on the terrace in the evening enjoying a glass of wine was one of the highlights for us. The coach house was comfortable and a great self-contained base for me and my reactive rescue dog. Jonathan and Priscilla were lovely hosts - non-intrusive but warm and friendly at the same time. Wonderful warm cottage, beautiful setting. The owners were great extremely welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Shared the phone number of the local pub so we were able to book and enjoy a lovely meal after a long day of travelling when we arrived, it's great little pub with very friendly landlord and clientele.

The coach house is set in the most idyllic surroundings, both in its grounds and the countryside beyond. The house is quirky in its set up but is equipped to the highest standard. Really perfect location for a relaxed and peaceful break. The cottage is beautifully furnished and has all you could need. The gardens are wonderful, full of interesting plants and space for the dogs to run. Great little pub only a few minutes walk away which does food most evenings and is well priced. If you are looking for somewhere to relax in gorgeous surroundings, then look no further. The Coach House itself is beautiful, the grounds are delightful and the surrounding country side, glorious. Beautiful coach house with beautiful views! A very chilled weekend with walks and sunshine. The local pub is very friendly and we went for dinner on Saturday evening...lovely! This was a fantastic get away and i would highly recommend it for its peace and quiet, everywhere was accessible, the scenery was fantastic and the lock inn was very good. If you want a break to unwind from the everyday stresses of life this is the place to go.

Amazing hosts and so helpful offering their support as we had a breakdown travelling to the property not far from them. Priscilla & Jonathon are a good vibe, so friendly & so lovely & the grounds is so picturesque. Lovely coach house, separate from main house so you have all the privacy you want. Would definitely return for some R&R from the big ciRead morety, plus its not far from Pen Y Fan & a few other lovely walks. The local pub down the Lane is also nice to visit for a meal or a few beverages. Hide
