The family bathroom is on the ground floor and steep, cottage-style stairs lead to the two bedrooms, both of which boast spectacular rural views. Outside, unwind in the pretty cottage garden, listening to the birds as you dine on the patio. You’ll also find an enclosed lawn that’s ideal for four-legged guests.
Talybont-on-Usk is a picture-postcard village, full of pretty walking routes along the river and the canal towpath. The Taff Trail also passes through the village, offering fabulous cycling opportunities. After a long walk or cycle, dine in one of the village pubs. Just outside the village is the stunning beauty spot of Talybont Reservoir. Here, you’ll find several circular walking trails, taking you along the water’s edge and through the surrounding forests.
