Nice spacious cottage with big living room. Bedrooms a good size, amazing spiral staircase but may not suit those with limited mobility but not a big issue as there is a downstairs walk in shower and disabled toilet room. Ideally located with all the local towns 20-30 minutes away and the canal 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive away with some amazRead moreing walks along it. Pub just across the road or another a few minutes drive away both serving food Local shop and petrol station close by as well. Hide

Although the cottage was a little tired, it was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 1 baby, the location is fantastic, and lots to do in local area, particularly loved the red lion pub in the village all our meals were perfect.

All was clean and tidy. Beds were a bit on the short side, but hey, I'm 6ft 7. For normal people the beds were ok! All was available for us.

Very nice cottage in a beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped and the living area roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed the decking in the garden and in spite of the disappointing weather had a barbecue. There are nice walks along the canal and river and on one of the days we climbed Corn Du and the views were amazing. Thank you Dave and GillRead more. We had a perfect week in beautiful Wales. Hide

Great location for our group of 6 cyclists with lockable bike shed and plenty of hot water. Thanks for the Welsh cakes, tea & coffee! The Red Lion pub is just a couple of minutes walk up the road and serves reasonable priced simple food and real ale. We will hopefully be back to stay sometime soon!
