Enjoy a taste of seaside living during your getaway in Pembrokeshire’s picturesque town of Tenby. Up to three guests can stay in this homely ground-floor apartment with two dining areas, a bath and an outdoor garden. Spend your time away indulging in freshly caught seafood, relaxing on the nearby beaches and discovering local historical landmarks.
Climb four steps to reach the front door of the apartment and step inside to find a neutral-toned lounge/diner with wooden furnishings, a dining table and a comfortable L-shaped sofa. Continue into the bright kitchen/diner with a breakfast table beside the tall, arched window and a fitted corner kitchen with wooden cabinets and colourful tiling. Both the king-size bedroom and single room are airy with chic furnishings and wooden bed frames. Completing the interior is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Outside is a small garden with views of the mediaeval walls, which is shared with neighbouring properties.
While staying in Tenby, stop for a drink at the most popular local pub, located across the road, and explore the town centre (less than 0.5 miles) to find an array of cosy cafes and seafood restaurants. Hop between Tenby’s four beaches – the closest being Castle Beach (less than 500 metres) which boasts views of St Catherine’s Island. Wander around the harbour (0.5 miles) before visiting Tenby Castle and Tenby Museum and Art Gallery (less than 0.5 miles). History enthusiasts will also love the 15th-century National Trust Tudor Merchant’s House (300 metres) and further afield is Manorbier Castle (4.5 miles). If you’re visiting with a little one, you could meet the animals at Manor Wildlife Park or The Dinosaur Park Tenby (3 miles).
