For a more peaceful trip, walk or canoe along the Cleddau River through peaceful ancient woodland, salt marshes and tidal creeks (10 miles). There are stunning beaches nearby too, including Wiseman’s Bridge Beach (4 mile), Saundersfoot (4.5 miles) and Amroth Beach (5.5 miles).
