Nolton Haven’s sandy beach is just 100 metres from this sweet chalet, which is the perfect size for small families - and dog friendly, too. A play area on the complex will keep little ones happy, and on warm evenings you can enjoy an al fresco drink or meal on the deck outside.

Climb the five steps to the front deck of this lovely property and enter through the front door straight into the open-plan living space. Light and bright, it’s furnished in a contemporary style with fresh, invigorating colours. There’s a kitchen at the far end, a dining table and a lounge area where you can stretch out on the sofas and relax after a day in the great outdoors. Here there’s a TV and a DVD player to keep everyone amused. When you’re feeling sleepy, there are two bedrooms, a vibrant double with ample storage and a triple room with bunk beds and a single. They share a sleek shower room. If you feel like a sundowner or an al fresco dining experience, take your food out to the table on the deck and enjoy the fresh sea air. As the chalet is set on a small complex of similar properties, there’s also a children’s play and picnic area nearby where you can take your little ones to let off steam.

The chalet is located about 0.5 miles outside the hamlet of Nolton Haven. Its long, narrow beach is popular for water sports and boating, and boasts a pub/restaurant right next door. From here you can explore beaches along St Bride’s Bay or, for a change of pace, head into St David’s, Britain’s smallest city, 9.5 miles, where you’ll find the iconic cathedral and Bishop’s Palace, an array of interesting shops and plenty of places to eat and drink.

We just spent a wonderful week here with our 3 kids. There were lots of games and the Wii was a big hit. The cottage is really well stocked with everything you'd need, and being a short walk from a lovely cove beach was great. There are also other beautiful beaches a few minutes drive away. We highly recommend it, and we will certainly be back! agaRead morein. Hide

Property was very nicely presented on arrival and the biscuits and elderflower were appreciated. The cottage had everything we needed for the week. The expanding table is very clever! Nice to have some games for a rainy day. Fantastic location for a short walk to a beautiful sandy cove with more excellent beaches nearby drive away

Lovely place to stay. Had everything we needed with a very well-equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed how quiet it was on the little road where the chalets are, and because there are no street lights, it was a brilliant place to see the stars at night! Great place for kids, as there were lots of games in the property. Would stay here again.

Great value chalet in Nolton Haven. Plenty of parking and very good WiFi. The chalet is one of a number tucked away in a valley but was found easily enough by us and our Hello Fresh Driver! The beds are very comfy, the shower is powerful and the kitchen is well stocked (all the equipmentyou should need). The chalet is about 5-10 minute walk from thRead moree beach, coastal path and pub. Nolton Haven is a great location for exploring St Brides Bay- up to Newgale and St Davids, and down to Broad Haven. Hide

We had a lovely time here and the chalet is a great base for exploring Pembrokeshire. The kitchen is well equipped and the games/Wii/Netflix were good for keeping people entertained. Lovely to be able to amble down to the beach which is only a short walk.

What a fab week we had at this beautifully equipped place, the kitchen is better equipped than many much larger places. The thick walls really block our neighbour noise too. Amazing location and thanks.
