Property code: FB103

This seaside chalet sits within Freshwater Bay Holiday Village on the breathtaking Pembrokeshire Coast. The property sleeps four guests and makes a great base for families and friends seeking a traditional getaway by the sea. The sandy beach is just 200 metres away and nearby days out include the colourful seaside resort of Tenby (10 miles) and the historic town of Pembroke (4 miles).

The coastal home-away-from-home is bright and airy, with an open-plan layout. After a day of adventure, unwind in the lounge/kitchen/diner, where you’ll find a kitchen area with everything needed for a self-catering break, and a cute dining table for sharing mealtimes as a group. After dinner, sink into one of the comfortable sofas to watch the TV/DVD. Heading upstairs, you’ll find an inviting double bedroom and a cosy bunk bedroom, along with the family bathroom. Outside, there is a shared space with grass for children to play on and a bistro set for perching with a morning coffee.

Freshwater East Beach is wide and sandy, with ample space to enjoy beach games, picnics, and sandcastle building. The shallow waters also make this a popular spot for swimming and water sports. The area is a haven for walkers, and you can follow the picturesque Pembrokeshire Coast Path to Manorbier (4 miles) or Barafundle Bay (3.5 miles). There are some fantastic family attractions within easy reach, including Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo, and The Dinosaur Park (all within 12.5 miles).

Nice place to stay if you want to be close to the beach and the Coastal Path. Modern interior and quite complete equipment. Kitchen equipment (furnace, ...) could be cleaner. It is a great pitty that there is no 4G coverage which forces you to buy wifi.

The cottage was fine. Only complaint. Other holiday residents had left their RUBBISH in the outside box seat. I assume it is still there. We got rid of our rubbish.

We've had an amazing time there. The house was clean and well equipped and big enough for us. Lots of nice and unexpected details were also included, such as games, or tourist information. I highly recommend this place!
