Celebrate a special occasion with family or friends in this beautifully renovated, historic house. Offering a wonderful chance to escape the everyday, it’s only 0.5 miles from a sandy beach, the coast path and a friendly village pub serving home-made food.

This excellent house is set over three storeys and offers a choice of spaces in which to relax. In the large lounge, for example, some guests might want to play games at the table while others gather around the wood-burner-effect electric fire and watch a movie on the Smart TV. There’s also a snug, with a gas fire and TV/DVD, and a library area for anyone inclined to curl up with a book or catch up with emails. The kitchen has all the equipment necessary for catering for large groups, and 20 guests can sit down at once in the dining room. The bedrooms all have en-suites and are divided between the upper floors. On the first floor: a king-size, a family suite with a king-size and a twin, another suite with twin beds, a day bed and a pull-out bed, and a twin. On the second floor (which has lift access from the front hall): two king-size bedrooms and two family suites with a king-size and a twin. A large garden is the perfect place for playing games, sitting in the sun, dining alfresco or relaxing in the hot tub.

Located in the peaceful village of Angle, the house is less than 100m from the village pub, and 0.5 miles from dog-friendly West Angle Bay, which has masses of golden sand at low tide. Stretch your legs on the coast path, or head out for the day to a historic site – Pembroke Castle is just 10 miles and Manorbier Castle is 15 miles.

We had a wonderful week. It was an ideal place to accommodate our large family to celebrate my mums 80th birthday. It suited the age range of our group - 2 to 84! The house was comfortable, well- equipped and cosy. The hot tubs were great. We loved the location - lots of beautiful beaches and coastal walks. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the local pubRead more - who let us book the whole dining area. The host was very quick to respond to texts. Fantastic. I would definitely book again. Hide

Bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges were excellent. Fridge/freezer & lift good. Kitchen good but no instruction for cooker use. Dishwashers very useful, but shortage of Scourers, Jcloths, Tea towels, wash up liquid made hand wash-up difficult until we bought more & loo rolls which should all be included in cost of house. Globe House is an amazing venue and it was lovely to be able to fill it with our party of eighteen and have it all to ourselves. The two hot tubs were put to good use paticularly by the youngsters in our group and it was great to have so much available seating both inside and out.
