Escape to the coast and countryside at this stylish lodge within a quiet Pembrokeshire holiday park. This comfortable property is perfect for families, friends and their pampered pooch seeking beach days, hearty pub meals or leisurely walks in enchanting Welsh woodlands.

As you head inside, this home-from-home chalet invites you into the open-plan living space, tossing aside your muddy boots and sandy coats, where you can get cosy with a cup of tea. Continue the festivities with a bottle of crisp white wine out on the terrace, accompanied by elevated views of the Welsh countryside and the company of your favourite people. The lounge is an ideal spot to sink into decadent sofas and toast your toes in front of the electric fire. Round off the day with a long soak in the generous family bathtub and climb into crisp sheets in one of three lovingly decorated bedrooms: a twin room and two double rooms, with one boasting an en-suite. In the morning, enjoy a piping hot coffee and freshly baked croissants out on the terrace as you decide the day’s plans.

Spend balmy mornings exploring the plethora of footpaths that weave in and out of the surrounding woodland, discovering hidden gems as you go. Just 1.5 miles away is the rugged coastline of Wiseman’s Bridge, with its stunning beach and family-friendly pub. Top up your energy stores with a heart roast dinner before heading over to the bustling streets of Tenby (7 miles) for some delicious baked goods in the Tudor Square and a mosey along its iconic harbour, picking up unique finds as you go. Alternatively, visit their museum or imposing castle ruins to explore some of its fascinating history.
