Gather your family and get ready for a traditional seaside holiday. Located on a working farm, this 17th-century converted cowshed is about 500 metres from the nearest beach and surrounded by the beautiful Welsh countryside. Take day trips to nearby attractions and spend your time making memories with your children, away from the distractions of everyday life.
The property opens directly into an open-plan living space, where you’ll have a kitchen, lounge and diner in one. There are laundry facilities for those who need them, the kitchen area is well equipped, and the lounge is comfortable and sociable. Continue to the bedrooms. This cottage has a double bedroom with wooden finishes, perfect for some quiet time after the kids are in bed, and there’s also a twin room which is lovely and peaceful. The interior of the property is completed with a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Outside, you’ll have access to a shared courtyard with picnic tables, so you can take your meals outside on fine days and admire the gorgeous view.
You’ll be staying 4 miles away from Tenby, a charming harbour town with plenty to keep everyone entertained. The gorgeous town walls were originally built in the 13th century so any historians in the group will be pleased. Head there for an afternoon of playing on the beach, then enjoy a meal at one of the town’s eateries. Historians should also visit Lamphey Bishop’s Palace, 5.5 miles away, where you can explore the ruins and learn about the people who lived there. Finish with a trip to Manor Wildlife Park, 3.5 miles away, to see wild animals and have fun in the play park.
