Ideally suited to couples or small families, this waterside property is a brilliant base for a seaside holiday, located less than half a mile from Saundersfoot Beach. With views of the sea from the open-plan living area and private balcony, you’ll be able to make the most of this pretty location whatever the weather.

The main social area of this home is the neutrally styled open-plan living room/kitchen/diner, brightly lit by the large sliding doors overlooking the sea. Two large sofas ensure plenty of space for all the family to sprawl out, be it for a film or to watch the waves. The kitchen is compact yet cleverly designed to ensure you have everything you’ll need to whip up a feast during your stay, served up on the four-seater dining table. Bedroom one features a delightful king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep, whilst a set of bunk beds offer space for two children. Completing the interiors is the calming pale blue shower room. Outside, you can dine alfresco in the summer sunshine on the balcony.

For an active adventure, you’ll be within easy reach of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path where you can soak in the panoramic views of the rugged landscapes on the 3-mile trail to Tenby. From Tenby, hop aboard a seal safari to spot the local sea life, or simply stroll along the picturesque beach for a relaxing afternoon. Those travelling with children can visit the family-friendly parks of Folly Farm and the Dinosaur Park, both just 4 miles away. Colby Woodland Garden (5 miles) is perfect for a change of scenery. Hidden within a wooded valley, the 900-acre estate has plenty to see and do, from wildflower walks and wanders through the walled garden to a tearoom for tasty treats.

An absolutely superb flat in an absolutely superb location! The sound of the sea is so relaxing. Even on a wet day, looking out over the beach, there is so much of interest to be seen. We could live in this flat!!!

Flat has great views. On top floor so a number of stairs to get to it. Comfortable bed. Couple of issues in bathroom which owners should rectify. Parking quite tight

A wonderful location and a well equipped apartment, perfect for a couple.

Those with limited mobility should be made aware of the three flights of stairs to get to the apartment . This didn't really affect us and the views from the balcony make it all worth while . Very satisfied and will return at some point in the future.
