This wonderful property is an opportunity to escape busy life and enjoy a seaside getaway in a stunning Grade II-listed Georgian building.

Located on Castle Hill less than 200 metres from the pretty harbour and less than 100 from Castle Beach, this property is perfect for groups or families that want to get out and explore the historic town of Tenby. There are plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants within 300 metres of the front door, so you’ll never be without something to eat or drink, and there are lots of shops to wander around too. Pay a visit to North Beach (0.5 miles) where the much-photographed Goskar Rock rears out of the sand, or head out in the car and wander around Colby Woodland Garden (8.5 miles) or go to the kids’ favourite, the Dinosaur Park (3 miles).

Enter on the first floor and step into the open-plan living area which is decorated with unique furnishings and benefits from a large bay window looking out onto sea views. Sit in front of the feature fire on the wall and the TV on the comfortable sofa and chairs, or eat meals cooked in the spacious kitchen area at the breakfast bar. You’ll find an electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and a dishwasher to make dinnertime easy, and there’s also a handy washing machine. Through the hallway and downstairs, the first bedroom is a cosy double and has an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is also a double and is filled with light thanks to doors leading out to the seating area. The third bedroom is a welcoming bunk room and is ideal for children. A stylish bathroom with natural-coloured tiles and a contemporary suite has a shower over the bath.

Outside, there’s a quirky arched seating area that’s perfect for breezy or drizzly days. A parking permit is supplied for one car.

This is a lovely property which is near to the beach and has an amazing lounge and kitchen overlooking the sea. We enjoyed amazing weather throughout our stay which allowed us to see Tenby at its best. The house is well equipped and any issues we had were quickly resolved. The outdoor space was a bit strange but what they should mention is that acrRead moreoss the way is a lovely shared garden area where we sat and had our tea most nights. Just had a 3 nights stay with family over the bank holiday. Fantastic location for Town, beaches etc. You wouldn't find better especially for children with the beach 100 metres or so away. Very well equipped and comfortable with lovely views from the sitting room/kitchen. Would 100% stay again. Highly recommended.

Most conveniently situated right by the Harbour and Castle Beach in Tenby with beautiful views, the accommodation is very comfortable and spacious. One of the best equipped and attractive properties we have stayed in.

Fantastic location and great that there is a parking space right outside however this does block your view of South Beach. Lovely and modern in both bathrooms and spacious bedrooms.
