Beautiful cottage with fantastic views down the valley. Plenty of scope for walking locally with a nice little pub down the road. Very quiet and peaceful, we had a fantastic time.

Excellent all round, we stayed for Christmas with our two chocolate lens and the cottage was clean, tidy ,well stocked and with stunning views - our first visit to North Wales and certainly wont be our last. The hosts were amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. The hot tub was the cherry on the cake. There was also a superb butcher at tRead morehe bottom of the hill, we were made to feel so welcome by everyone we met. Would most definitely recommend this remote little gem of a cottage. Hide

Lovely peaceful cottage, good location for exploring North Wales, lovely hot tub with fantastic far reaching views. Owners very helpful and provided a lot more logs than is usual for rental cottages. Having the fire on the cold nights was lovely.

Just enjoyed an amazing holiday in Valley View Farmhouse. The cottage is very well equipped, warm and comfortable. The views are stunning, the hot tub is clean, very big and well placed to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The owners are friendly and welcoming but not intrusive. Great location for anyone who wishes to be away from the crowds but only 30 minutes away from holiday towns. The perfect weather enabled us to make use of the great terrace and it's spectacular view all day, every day. It's a challenging drive up to the house at night but worth it for the veiw.

What a fabulous week , the views were spectacular and so tranquil. The location seemed to be central to so many places, it was just a perfect base. We enjoyed the privacy and the freedom for our little dog in the enclosed garden and quiet roads. Hot tub was just superb and so relaxing at the end of the day. We ate at YBedol and Tal-Y-Cafn, Both of Read morewhich were excellent and within a 5-10 minute drive. We will definitely be back, many many thanks. Hide

Such a lovely cottage, spacious, well equipped and in a stunning location. What a treat sitting in the hot tub overlooking the stunning valley. Comfy beds with nice linen and towels. Yes, the lane up to the house is steep but it's so worth it when you reach this gorgeous property. The cottage has fabulous views and the hot tub was very enjoyable. The single track you have to drive up to get to the cottage wasn't for the faint hearted! We enjoyed our stay.

Great place certainly out of the way if that's what you are looking for, road up is tight and not for fainthearted, but house is worth it, very secure for dogs and lovely presented.

We have just returned from staying in this beautiful cottage. We were in Wales to celebrate my sons 21st Birthday, visiting all the North Wales Zip World sites. The cottage is beautiful. Yes it is remote but thats what we were looking for. The views are outstanding. The cottage is clean, and well equipped. Wow beautiful cottage stunning scenery friendly squirrel every morning lovely to hear the owls just before dawn and seeing the Red Kites flying over the fields in back garden boys loved the hot tub local showed me the plum tree so made a plum crumble if coming to North Wales Again would definitely stay here again

Lovely farmhouse very comfortable with an absolutely brilliant view. BUT steep narrow track to negotiate to get there. Hot tub was a huge success with our family. Patio area dog friendly but our Springer Spaniel regularly got through gaps around the lawn area.

Lovely cottage in a very remote area. Hot tub has beautiful views. A real get away from it all place so best to have some provisions with you. Ye olde bull Inn was very friendly and about a 15 min walk away.

Beautiful place to stay. Very very comfortable accommodation and stunning views from the garden and hot tub! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had all the equipment and white goods that you need and it was an added bonus having an en-suite in one of the bedrooms. A big thank you to the owners for my lovely birthday weekend.

A wonderful stay! Located central to things we wanted to visit (snowdon, various zip worlds, Anglesey etc), all seemed to be 40 mins away regardless of direction! The farmhouse is up a narrow steep road but, its Wales! The Bull inn pub is 11 mins down a track but harder to get back up due to steepness. The Bedol was absolutely delicious for food anRead mored just a little further down. Hot tub was used every night after a long day exploring. Lovely cottage with amazing views but the lane is very narrow and steep and a bit tricky at some points which would probably stop us from booking again. A little too remote for us. We would have preferred to be within a short walk to pubs, restaurants and shops. Having said this we really did enjoy exploring North Wales

The cottage is situated in the countryside along a winding narrow lane and has stunning views over the valley. The accommodation was well equipped, spacious and clean. We had use of the hot tub, which was fantastic. We found the owners to be very friendly and obliging too. As we took our dog, we also found that eating establishments were very dog fRead moreriendly. Not many didn't cater for dogs. The location is about 15 mins from the town of Conwy and within reach of a lot of sightseeing sites. Hide

The facilities, views, proximity to conwy and other locations everything was perfect! Finding the house to begin with was a slight challenge but the owners were very helpful and kind with helping us find it. Hot tub was preheated for our arrival and had a lovely stay, would definitely recommend and go back!

Wow what a lovely location! Peaceful, beautiful views. Our two dogs loved it too. We were well looked after by the owners. Plenty of logs for the lovely wood burner. We enjoyed the hot tub every day, warm, relaxing with fabulous views from the deck. We are looking forward to a return visit!
