Spend evenings warming up and getting cosy on the sofa in front of the TV. A comfy dining area seating six guests is situated through the alcove, and the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to create culinary delights for the whole group. A handy utility room contains laundry facilities and a WC. From here, alight a set of stairs leading to a twin bedroom with a seating area and fantastic views from the window. A second staircase from the lounge leads to the master bedroom with a double bed, a family bathroom, and a mezzanine twin bedroom which is perfect if travelling with children. Outside, enjoy soaking up the surroundings from the lovely garden which sits alongside the pretty river. Head off on foot or bike along the lanes and enjoy the rolling countryside surrounding this property. The bustling and historic town of Builth Wells is situated 7.5 miles away and has a good mix of independent shops and eateries. While here, pay a visit to The Groe Park, or take a riverside stroll along the River Wye. Further afield, you can find the superb Elan Valley (20 miles) and Victorian stone dam.
