Gather a group for a wonderful holiday in Snowdonia National Park. This converted stone barn can accommodate a group of five guests and their dogs, and it’s the perfect place for a bunch of outdoorsy folk to go on an adventure. Go outside, where you’ll see a stone courtyard, enclosed by a metal fence. There’s a picnic table and a charcoal BBQ for warm days, and you can also use the shared laundry room if required.

You’ll be staying 3.5 miles away from Llyn Tegid, a gorgeous lake with a centre where you can hire boats and do other activities, including archery, white water rafting, mountain biking and abseiling. Anyone with an interest in history, legends and stories should visit King Arthur’s Labyrinth, 26 miles away, where you can do underground boat tours and hear about the ancient king.

The cottage and outside space is brilliantly set up for all people including someone with mobility issues needing using aids. The additional equipment available was invaluable and exactly what was needed. We would highly recommend these cottages for all people needing increased accessibility, and they are also perfect for those without these needs.

Overall it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at the cottage. Its location is very scenic and the amenities provided were very good. We could also talk/message the cottage owners who were nearby for any issues and these were sorted out quite quickly. Due to the harsh summer (in the midst of a heat wave in Wales), it was not pleasant for sleepinRead moreg at nights as there were no fans in the cottage. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable experience and we plan on being there again next year. Hide
