This converted stone barn can accommodate a group of five guests and their dogs, and it’s the perfect place for a bunch of outdoorsy folk to go on an adventure. You’ll be staying on a 220-acre working farm with gorgeous views of the nearby valley and river.
As you come in through the front door, you’ll find yourself in an open-plan living area with a staircase to one side. The room combines a kitchen, lounge and diner into one sociable space, so everyone can spend time together even if they’re doing different activities. The ground floor also has a shower room with a WC and a simply decorated twin bedroom. Return to the living area and head upstairs, where you’ll see a triple bedroom. This has one double bed and a single bed, perfect for parents and a young child. This room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Go outside, where you’ll see a stone courtyard, enclosed by a metal fence. There’s a picnic table and a charcoal BBQ for warm days, and you can also use the shared laundry room if required.
Snowdonia National Park is full of amazing things to do. Look up seasonal activities, or just grab your boots and go for a hike. Anyone with an interest in history, legends and stories should visit King Arthur’s Labyrinth, 26 miles away, where you can do underground boat tours and hear about the ancient king.
