  • Recently updated family holiday accommodation with king and twin bedrooms
  • The Caribbean-like Barafundle Bay is also just 3.5 miles away

Spend all day on the sandy beach just metres from your front door. This welcoming chalet is an ideal destination for couples or small families, close to Pembroke, Tenby and a variety of attractions.

This end-of-terrace property has a carefully co-ordinated interior with a coastal colour scheme, and combines practicality with home comforts. Step up and through the front door, straight into the open-plan living area, where a selection of comfortable seating surrounds a Smart TV – so if you decide to have an evening in, you can stream a favourite show or movie. The kitchen has all the equipment and appliances you’ll need to create hearty breakfasts and delicious suppers, and there’s a dining table adjacent where you can eat and then sit back while you discuss your plans for the next day. At bedtime, head up the stairs to the first floor where you’ll find the two bedrooms - a king-size with ample storage and a compact twin with 2’6” beds – sharing a family bathroom. Outside, there’s a lawned area where you can grab a breath of fresh sea air.

The chalet is set on a small holiday park less than 200m from Freshwater East Beach, a wide bay of golden sand backed by dunes. It you feel like a change of scene, the wonderful Barafundle Bay is 3.5 miles, while the ancient town of Pembroke is 4 miles, offering a variety of shops, bars and restaurants to explore. Its medieval castle is well worth a visit, too. For a family day out, head to Manor Park Zoo, 8 miles, or visit the popular resort of Tenby, 9 miles, and enjoy its three golden beaches.

This is a very neat and compact cottage. We loved the decor and discovering the felt creations in every room. The cottage is very well equipped. You really are almost on the beach, but felt quite far from shops when you realised you'd forgotten something. Enjoyed the beach, the area and the coastal path.

Beautiful cottage, comfortable, clean, well cared for. King-size bed, SMART TV. lounge furniture adequate for our needs. My only quibble is the lack of a washing machine, however, for a week we managed. You are fairly close to the pub/restaurant onsite, however, no noise was ever heard during our stay. The beach is beautiful and minutes away. You cRead morean happily park your car and never leave for a week... Hide

A brilliant base for exploring Pembrokeshire. Only 100 yards to the beach and coastal path. The accommodation was great - clean, tidy and fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay immensely

Lovely place to stay. Nicely decorated which gave a very homely feel. The house is well positioned on the site with parking space directly opposite and garden/ grass area to front, side and back. Beds were very comfortable and the house had everything you need. I would highly recommend the house and the area and will be back.
