This welcoming bungalow is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the small village of Templeton, between Narberth and the Pembrokeshire coast, ideal for families or groups of friends.

For a day at the beach, you can reach Amroth (5 miles) and its golden sand beach backed by pebbles or the ever popular Saundersfoot (6 miles) with its vibrant town centre. Just 3 miles further along the coast, you’ll find the delightful town of Tenby which has four lovely beaches. For shopping, head to the market town of Narberth (2.5 miles) which enjoys a plethora of independent boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. For family days out, you are in a perfect location with Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (2 miles), Oakwood Theme Park (3.5 miles) and Blue Lagoon Water Park (4 miles) just a short drive away.

As you enter the property, you are welcomed into a bright hallway. The spacious lounge has two large, comfortable sofas with a Smart TV for those cosy nights in. The French doors create a light and airy space and offer access to the beautiful garden. The contemporary kitchen/diner has everything you need and offers a generous space to prepare and enjoy meals as a family. There is also a side door for alternative access to the garden. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed with an en-suite shower room and WC. There is a second bedroom with a double bed and the third bedroom is a single room with a Smart TV and desk should you need to work whilst on holiday. The family bathroom offers a shower over the bath and WC.

Externally, the property enjoys a fully enclosed garden with a patio seating area and lawn - perfect for enjoying a BBQ in the Pembrokeshire sunshine after a day at the beach or exploring the county.

This is a really nice new property on a small residential estate in Templeton. The accomodation was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We were a couple with 2 dogs who really enjoyed the freedom of a fenced garden. The property is amply big enough for two couples or a young family. There is a pub the Boars head just 3 minutes down the road whRead moreich is dog friendly and does lovely meals. We will be back and will strongly recommend to family and friends. Hide

The bungalow was perfect for our holiday in every way. It was well equipped with everything we needed and beautifully furnished throughout. The location was ideal for days out to Tenby, Saundersfoot, Wisemans Bridge and Folly Farm. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to stay there again.

The cottage was very welcoming and homely. Situated in a nice quite cul de sac. Easy access to Tenby, other towns/villages, beaches and countryside. The owners provided lots of information about the cottage and local amenities/places to visit and we're very helpful.

Fantastic property in a quiet and peaceful location but still only ten minutes from Saundersfoot beach. A perfect holiday home that made for a really relaxing break for us and our dog. Probably the best holiday house we have rented in over 25 years of visiting Saundersfoot/Tenby. Would definitely come back again

We were not disappointed on our arrival, beautifully decorated , clean and comfortable bungalow, quiet neighbourhood, ideally situated for sightseeing, and only a short drive to the lovely seaside town of Saundersfoot. To top it all, the weather was great all week!!

Accomodation was perfect for our needs and that of our dog, supply of BBQ coals was surprising and a nice touch. Bed was very comfy and generally felt like a home from home.

Clean, comfortable,quiet and relaxing. The bungalow is equipped with every amenity and is well placed in the middle of Pembrokeshire,so that all the varied coast and country attractions are easily reached. Nearby Narberth provides for the shopping requirements and some excellent eateries.

Loved this bungalow. One of the nicest holiday rentals we have ever stayed in and absolutely spotlessly clean. Perfect location for exploring SW Wales, so many great places within easy reach. 100% fully enclosed garden- dogs loved it.

Cottage is really lovely - immaculate, beautifully decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. Lovely dog friendly pub only a few mins walk away with great food including good choice of veggie options. A great base for exploring south Pembrokeshire.
