Store muddy boots and coats in the boot room at the end of the hallway in this delightful house before moving to the kitchen diner. The hub of the home, this wonderful space offers stunning coastal views among peaceful blue and grey tones paired with wooden furniture and kitchen units. There’s plenty of space around the table for everyone to eat together. There’s a handy utility room down a few steps too. Up the hallway staircase, a king-size room with dual aspect windows, a TV and sea views awaits, as well as a twin room, single room and a double that has an en-suite shower room. The main bathroom is perfect for taking an indulgent soak or an invigorating shower among contemporary fittings. Outside, make the most of the sea views from the large garden with lawn and dine alfresco, watching the kids play with the garden games as the sun goes down. There’s also a log store and covered bike area with lockable rack.

Head off to Tywyn Beach (5 miles) for a change of scenery; you may even spot some dolphins if you’re lucky! On dry land, the Vale of Rheidol Railway (29 miles) is a hit with children. This property is large, spacious and in a fantastic position overlooking the estuary and sea. It is up a steep hill so beware if you have breathing difficulties but believe me you wont be disappointed with your choice of holiday home. Maybe some upgrading may benefit the house and a deep clean would help. Having said that, the bedding and towels weRead morere fresh and clean. We loved our time here and would certainly return. Beautiful house with gorgeous view. Really enjoyed getting together with group of friends for husbands birthday. Garden was perfect for our dogs and the patio was great for a bbq. Just a small point, parking only for 2 cars and difficult to find where to park others. Walk from the beach/town is a bit steep but perfect for walking off the lovely iceRead morecream we had. Hide

Lynn Onn is a very comfortable, spacious house, and the views of Aberdyfi are second to none. Its location is ideal for walking into Aberdyfi, and up into the surrounding countryside. We and our Springer Spaniel thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and would certainly book again. The fully enclosed garden is ideal for canine visitors. Given its elevated lRead moreocation, the return walk from Aberdyfi is not for those who have any issues with walking up steep hills. Hide
