On entering this wonderful property, the cosiness of home comforts strikes you immediately with the warmth of the underfloor heating under your feet as you enter the open living kitchen/dining area. With a large Rangemaster for cooking delicious meals with family or friends, before snuggling in front of a wood burner whilst enjoying a drink after a long day of exploring the magnificent surroundings. French doors open out from the dining area leading onto the rear garden and hot tub. There are two living areas, both with wood burners to keep you cozy and warm, one has a 40-inch Smart TV, while the other, named the entertainment room is equipped with a pool table, and 55-inch Smart TV. If reading a book in peace is your idea of relaxation, there is a separate sofa on the spacious landing area, to take you away from the rest of the house. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed with an additional pull-out single bed (maximum occupancy 6). The family bathroom has a jacuzzi bath, shower and heated towel rail.
Heading outside is a large enclosed garden surrounding the property which backs onto the banks of a stream in a peaceful and tranquil setting. With a generous outdoor lawn space, there is plenty of room for the children to run about. The garden also benefits from a hot tub, and outdoor furniture to enjoy evening meals with a charcoal BBQ and a picnic bench.
