This a wonderful cottage with the most amazing views, very private and peaceful. It's very well equipped, warm and well insulated. It's also more spacious that the photographs suggest - it's got loads of room, perfect for a family holiday. Lots of hiking trails are nearby, and easy access by car to Bala Llyn Tegid and the national white water centrRead moree at Fron-goch. The ice cream place on the Bala high street, Aran Hufen Ia, is a must-visit, their homemade ice cream is excellent. Hide

We had a wonderful time at Ty Mawr & were really sad to leave. Mike was on hand if needed yet very discreet & his sidekick Ken (sheep dog!) was an absolute delight.
