Located halfway between Carmarthen and Llanelli this spacious property provides a great base to go site seeing and explore a variety of local attractions. Enjoy fun days out can be had at the National Botanic Garden of Wales (4.2 miles N), Llyn Llech Owain Country Park (5.8 miles E) and Pembrey Country Park (12miles SW). Cast off at Sylen Lakes (5 miles S). Bring your bikes and join the cycle track 1 mile from property which stretches between the Gower and Pembrey. Head to Ferryside (11.5 miles W) for a relaxing day at the beach before taking a ferry trip across to Llansteffan to enjoy breath-taking views from the castle followed by some tasty refreshments at one of the local pubs.

This stylish home, with a fresh interior and bright open spaces, provides a great space for friends and families to gather. Kick off your shoes as you step through the front door into the hallway and get ready to enjoy a luxurious home-from-home vacation. Stepping left into the property, you come to the first of two living areas on the ground floor. Stylish and comfortable seating, along with a Smart TV, make this a great space for grabbing the popcorn and enjoying some movie nights together. Entertaining will be a dream as you step down into the sleek and stylish kitchen/diner where family and friends can gather for celebratory meals or simply fuel up together for a day of adventures. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The second living area on the ground floor is also equipped with a Smart TV and sofa bed and would make a great kids' chill-out room or somewhere for a quiet read. A downstairs shower room is also located on the ground floor. After a full day of fun and adventures, head upstairs where you will find four comfortable and cosy bedrooms to choose from. A twin room and double room are located at the back of the property and a second double room along with a single room are located at the front. A family bathroom completes the internal features of this holiday home.

Step through the French doors of the kitchen/diner to the outside area where you will find a large enclosed lawned garden with a patio area and far-reaching countryside views. This is a great space to relax and unwind. Let the children run around while the adults enjoy a long soak in the hot tub. The dining and lounge furniture provided makes this another great space to enjoy spending time together sharing memories and making new ones. Enjoy some alfresco dining using the BBQ.

A comfortable, clean and beautiful house. Plenty of parking places. Appreciated the hot tub. Centrally placed to visit the area.

This was perfect accommodation for us and very much home from home. Well presented modern decor, clean and fresh and well equipped. Garden was secure and a good size for the dog to roam around freely in. Wonderful holiday property. Super comfortable beds in all bedrooms and nicely decorated throughout. The showers both in the shower room downstairs and the bathroom upstairs are really powerful waterfall showers.
