This thoughtfully converted barn cottage is in a prime position for those wanting to explore the renowned Pembrokeshire beaches of Saundersfoot and Tenby. Sleeping six guests across three bedrooms, this cottage has a large lawn for the three pups that are welcome to join, and a cosy wood burner for those chilly evenings.
You’ll enter the property into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where your eyes will be drawn to the triple-aspect exposed stone feature wall. The lounge area features a three-seater chaise sofa and an armchair surrounding an impressive wood burner and a Smart TV. From here, doors open up onto the patio where you’ll find a large table and a charcoal BBQ. Move along from here and you’ll find the raised lawn which is perfect for dogs and children who need to run off a little steam. Back indoors, on the other side of the open-plan room, you’ll find a large dining table and a cottage kitchen with another exposed stone wall. Down a flight of stairs, you’ll find a basement utility room but up the stairs on the half-landing is where you’ll find the family bathroom. On the first floor, there are three sizeable bedrooms all with underfloor heating: an en-suite king-size with a FreeSat TV, a double with a Smart TV, and a twin.
The village of Sageston has two pubs and a restaurant, should you ever not fancy cooking. When you want to head further out, Tenby and Saundersfoot are within 6 miles. Both have beautiful beaches and there are a number of eateries to choose from, as well as interesting lanes and streets to peruse. If you fancy a little more action and adventure (especially if you have children in tow), head to Manor Wildlife Park (2 miles), Heatherton World of Activities (2 miles) Folly Farm (6 miles) and Oakwood Theme Park (7.5 miles).
