Lose yourselves in the spectacular coastal views out over Bae Ceredigion when you retreat to this gorgeous barn conversion. Sleeping eight guests, and offering dog-friendly accommodation, the three-bedroom former barn enjoys a truly enviable setting near Llan-non, 6.5 miles from Aberaeron in West Wales. With en-suite bedrooms and a sun-soaked garden, it is a fabulous place for enjoying quality time together as well as getting out and about along the picturesque coast.

Let yourselves in and follow the hallway into the lounge/diner. This attractive space features a vaulted ceiling and beautiful beams and stonework, as well as an abundance of windows that draw the views right inside. Unwind in here together in front of the TV, play games and gather round the table for lively holiday meals. The spacious kitchen/diner has everything you need to help you cater for your party, plus a breakfast table to pause at over a cup of fresh coffee. Two of your bedrooms are also on the ground floor. These are both king-sizes, one with an en-suite shower room and the other with an en-suite bathroom. Two twin bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, are on the floor above. Congregate in the garden on fine days, lighting the BBQ to grill the fresh Welsh produce you have sourced, or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets over the sea.

Pick up the Ceredigion Coast Path and walk 3.5 miles to Aberarth, looking out for dolphins and seals as you go. Venture 3 miles to the beach at Llanrhystud to dip in the sea or spend time on the sand at Aberaeron or New Quay, 13 miles away. Plan an afternoon out in Aberystwyth, where you can shop, see the castle and hop aboard a steam train on the Vale of Rheidol Railway.

The cottage was in a stunning location. We had a lovely Christmas. Everything we needed was supplied. The fire was so cosy and along with the Christmas tree and decorations made the room so lovely for our festive holiday. Ken was extremely helpful when we needed information about walks in the area. We would definitely return in the warmer months anRead mored hopefully see more of the wildlife and area. Hide

Beautiful, well equipped, we had the most relaxing time in this wonderful converted barn, tooked away with the most amazing sea view. Would highly recommend this property. 5-10 minutes drive away from the beautiful pebbled beach. Wonderful welcome pack. Highly recommended

The holiday barn and views were fabulous- local to nice places to visit. Sunny all day in garden and a beautiful night sky. Nice welcome pack. Had to wait a good hour for the cows to pass over the road so maybe a warning which way is best to approach the barn. All in all a great holiday. Dogs enjoyed too.
