Unlock excursions along the coast and amongst countryside beauty spots, staying with loved ones in the seaside village of Fairbourne. Ticking a variety of boxes for friends or family groups, this stylish bungalow hosts up to five guests and is also pet friendly. The shingled shores of Fairbourne Beach are less than half a mile from home, inviting you to enjoy ball games on the rocks and an endless array of water sports including windsurfing, surfing and sailing. Along with a selection of pubs and restaurants, the village is home to a gold club and the beloved miniature railway, all-in-all presenting a splendid destination for laid-back North Wales getaways.

Everything’s laid out on a single storey in this light-filled living space, featuring some eclectic decors and many home comforts. Make dinner in the kitchen and step into the sunlight-dappled conservatory where a dining table is to be found. Alternatively, move into the rear garden to eat alfresco, perhaps with the BBQ fired up and pets merrily playing on the enclosed lawn. When the cold sets in, venture indoors and collapse in front of the Smart TV or step into the garage games room to enable some healthy competition. Throughout the property, three bedrooms are laid out with comfortable spots for a cwtch before bed and a bathroom completes the abode’s offering.

Follow a route along the coast up to the neighbouring town of Barmouth (2.5 miles), crossing the Afon Mawddach estuary via the ferry or across Barmouth Bridge. Delight in any time spent in this destination, whether that’s on the sandy resort beach backed by seaside amusements and many coastal appeals. When the weather doesn’t lend itself to a beach day, don your hiking boots and step out into Snowdonia. The mighty Penygader is within reach of home (16 miles), boasting panoramic views out across North Wales and Cardigan Bay to admire endlessly.

Lovely accommodation in a quiet cul de sac. All locals were friendly and chatty. Lovely comfy settee and beds, well equipped kitchen and peaceful back garden.. Lots of walks and really easy access to trains. Thank you for allowing our two dogs who were very well behaved. Lovely part of the world. Thank you again.
