Once indoors, you’ll find everything you require laid out in two rooms. One room offers all your necessities including a kitchenette, a dining space and a plush double bed with a Smart TV in view. Rustle up light yet delicious dinners in the well-equipped kitchen space, and sit down to dine either indoors or out before jumping under the blankets to stream a favourite film, all with the wood burner gently blazing away in the corner. The second room offers a full-sized bathroom with an invigorating shower unit.
A walker’s paradise, you can lace up your walking boots and explore the Mid Wales hiking territory without needing to jump in the car throughout your stay, Offas Dyke and Glyndwrs Way are easily accessible. Coed Y Frochas is a stunning area of woodlands less than 0.5 miles away and the Whitehouse Nature Reserve (3.5 miles) boasts plenty of wildlife a little further away. Admire stunning scenery whilst following the towpath along the Montgomery Canal (3 miles) or take a fabulous walk along the River Severn from Welshpool. The National Trusts Powys Castle is not far for a lovely day of history and wandering in the lush gardens.
