Sandy beaches, estuaries, rock pools and historic ruins are just some of the fantastic backdrops to this property’s surroundings, where everyone can enjoy getting outdoors come rain or shine. Wildlife is plentiful along the estuary and the sandy beaches are popular with bathers, surfers and fishermen. Enjoy a pony trek along the dunes or over the golf course, all of which are within walking distance or a short car drive to visit. A variety of eateries and a local convenience store on your doorstep means you really do have everything to create a relaxing holiday filled with adventures and memories to treasure.

You’ll be greeted by an inviting, modern and elegant façade as you arrive. Step through the front door and the wow factors keep coming. The entrance hall provides plenty of storage space to hang all your coats and store shoes, and a convenient downstairs WC is located just off this area. The utility room with a sink adjacent to this, is a handy place to take all your wet beach things for cleaning and drying. Off-road car parking for 3 cars is available on the front drive. Space to store bikes and surfboards is available and a handy outdoor shower at the side of the property ensures no one needs to sleep with sand in their bed.

Our stay at Southbank was a little slice of luxury. Perfect for all ages, the house is ideally situated for beach walks... and dips in the hot tub when the weather isn't playing ball! The house is equipped to an exceptionally high standard and I was only sorry we couldn't stay longer. Would love to come back if we get the chance.

This house is a real gem. Absolutely beautiful inside and outside. The beach is approx 1 min from the house, beautiful walk down along the coast. The sunsets were incredible, especially when you get to watch it from the hot tub. Robert was an amazing host, on call for any issues (all minor) we had. Have already rebooked for next year!
