The interior exudes welcoming warmth, with a spacious dining room featuring handcrafted oak furniture and statement armchairs. The adjacent living room boasts traditional wooden beams and a wood burner, creating a cosy atmosphere for nights in front of the Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen, crafted by a local carpenter, is ideal for whipping up delicious meals, while the convenient utility room adds to the cottage's practicality. Upstairs, three elegantly furnished bedrooms await, along with a contemporary family bathroom. The first bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the second can be configured as a twin or king-size room and accommodates additional pull-out beds for children. A king-size suite with a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room rounds off the home. Outside, the cottage's enclosed patio offers a dog-friendly space to relax, complete with a wood-fired hot tub for starlit evenings. A charcoal BBQ and outdoor gazebo provide all-weather dining options. Younger guests will love the games room, while a lockable outbuilding ensures secure storage for outdoor equipment.

You'll find yourself perched on the edge of the Clwydian Range National Landscape, between the historic market towns of Denbigh (4.5 miles) and Ruthin (8 miles), both of which offer shops and eateries. A haven for walkers, bikers and lovers of the outdoors, Gors Maen Llwyd Nature Reserve is under 4 miles away. Llyn Brenig (3.5 miles) and Llyn Alwen (6.5 miles) are two nearby reservoirs that offer opportunities for water sports, fishing, walking and cycling. If you fancy a memorable adventure, the dramatic landscapes of Snowdonia National Park begin 15 miles from home.

• There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £30. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
