After a day of exploration, unwind on the cosy sofa and chairs, indulge in relaxed evenings watching your favourite shows on the Freesat TV, play board games, or get lost in a captivating book. When bedtime beckons, climb to the upper floor and choose between two inviting bedrooms: a double boasting picturesque riverside views and a cosy twin room. Start your day refreshed with a leisurely bath or invigorating shower before setting out to explore the surrounding area. Outside, the enclosed paved patio beckons, offering steps down to seating areas where you can soak up the tranquil river views, dine alfresco using the BBQ provided and enjoy moments of relaxation by the babbling waters. • The original fire in the living room is for ornamental purposes only. The cottage is centrally heated throughout with additional underfloor heating on the ground level. 
• Enclosed paved garden and riverside seating (steep steps not suitable for limited mobility, young children due to the close proximity to the river - parental supervision required at all times).
• Bike bar and space for canoes/paddleboards in the garden
• Private parking for 1 car, further on-street parking (subject to availability)
• Shops, and pubs within 500 metres
• Arrival: 15:00 onwards
• Departure: before 10:00, unless otherwise stated in your arrival details
• 1 dog allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
• There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £25. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
