Explore the gardens and surrounding fields at the house, walk along the coastal path to Aberdovey (1 mile) with its sandy beach. Sample the culinary delights in the cafes, pubs and restaurants, visit the independent shops, take your clubs to the 18-hole championship golf course, go walking in the hills or along the coast. Enjoy sailing and boat trips and join the scenic cycle routes. Climb Cadair Idris’s summit in Snowdonia National Park, visit Dolgoch Falls, Craig yr Aderyn, a SSSI renowned for birds, and go underground with Corris Mine Explorers to name but a few of the attractions all within 10 miles.

Walk into this gorgeous house, leave your outdoor attire in the hall and start exploring. Uniquely, this attractive period residence has two properties in one, to the right are the large living spaces for everyone to meet up in, and to the left is a second kitchen and living area. Let’s start on the left in the welcoming open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with all the equipment you need to rustle up a hearty breakfast, alongside a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and log burner, perfect to relax in after a full day out. Go upstairs to choose from two of the lovely bedrooms on this side of the house, the gorgeous king-size bedroom and the family bedroom with a king-size and an adjoining single room with a double-size bed. Also on this floor is the lovely bathroom with shower over bath for a leisurely start to the day. Go downstairs, back to the hall, with a separate utility and continue to explore the rest of the house. The spacious lounge with log burner features comfortable seating for everyone in the group and a Smart TV – another lovely space to relax, with a piano for musical evenings in. Continue through to the stylish kitchen designed with all the thoughtful extras for preparing a celebratory meal. It is a sociable space and the dining table is the perfect setting to gather round, enjoy the meal and catch up on each other’s news. The view over the garden and towards the sea from nearly every room is breathtaking. After dinner unwind in the lounge or select one of the many books throughout the property and settle down in the conservatory snug for quiet time with more stunning views to embrace. When ready to retire, choose from a further three bedrooms on this side of the house, the cosy bunk-bed room with views over the garden and coast, the spacious king-size leading to a dressing area with a gorgeous bathroom with bath and WC, and another king-size which also has an external staircase leading to the garden. There is also the elegant shower room on this floor. Whichever bedroom you choose they all have been designed for a good night’s sleep and amazing views to wake up to.
Spill out into the established south-facing grounds to explore, watch the children play on the lawns and soak up the sunshine. Play darts or pull out the table tennis in the car port for a wind free game. Enjoy the variety of plants, mature trees and wildlife pond. Relax on the sun deck with table and chairs for a leisurely breakfast and on balmy evenings, light the gas BBQ and treat yourself to a glass of chilled wine as the sun goes down with unrivalled estuary and sea views.
