A delightful cottage with breathtaking views of its beautiful setting. We were warm and comfortable and enjoyed great walks and runs in the forest. A bit of rainy weather was a great excuse to enjoy the lovely local pub too.

To summarise briefly this cottage and it's beautifully landscaped garden is STUNNING! We booked a 2 night stay and immediately wished we'd booked longer. The views are just breathtaking (we actually abandoned our plans of exploring the local area in favour of spending more time enjoying the cottage). The cottage itself is very well presented, I parRead moreticularly liked the various artwork on display and the little finishing touches about the place. A real gem. We will definitely be booking again. Hide

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage- its just as cosy and beautiful as the photos. Having 2 sitting rooms plus a dining room was ideal with a group including children. The cottage is very solid and nicely decorated. Fairly steep stairs and garden as expected with a cottage on a hill- the kids loved exploring amongst the ferns and roses.
