Stroll down to the sandy beach at Abersoch from this relaxing holiday home on the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales. Sleeping six people, the three-bedroom, single-storey abode enjoys private lawned gardens where you can bask in the sunshine on fine summer afternoons and evenings and gaze out towards Bae Ceredigion (Cardigan Bay). It is within reach of the village’s shops and eateries, as well as the golf course and some fantastic walks.
Wander into the modern retreat to find accommodation that offers a warm welcome. Put your feet up in the lounge/diner, perhaps in front of the TV or with a music playing, after your days on the beach or exploring the Welsh countryside. Pull open the doors in here whenever the weather is good so you and your family and friends can step out into the sunshine. Whip up delicious meals then dine inside or out. When you are ready to turn in for the night, lay your head in one of the three double bedrooms that share the family bathroom. Have breakfast, lunch and dinner out on the patio, grilling your meal on the BBQ on occasion, while the children play on the grass and you look out towards the sea. There is parking here for three cars.
While away your mornings on the sandy beach. In the afternoon, have a go at paddle boarding from the harbour or book a boat trip out into the bay to see if you can spot any seals or dolphins in the water. Pick up the Wales Coast Path in the village and follow it for 4 miles to Llanbedrog, with its sheltered beach. Visit the long beach at Porth Neigwl, which is also known as Hell’s Mouth and is 2 miles away. This beach is popular with surfers and kayakers.
