Treat yourselves to a superb group holiday when you stay at this welcoming property in the Welsh coastal town of Tenby. Sleeping eight guests, and offering dog-friendly accommodation, the four-bedroom retreat enjoys a central position with good access to shops, eateries and beaches. It has a courtyard garden where you can spend summer evenings together after your adventurous days.

Make your way into the semi-detached property via the hall and head through to the lounge to find a film to enjoy as you unwind. Take turns at whipping up tasty dishes through in the modern kitchen then gather round the table in the dining room for jolly holiday meals. Also at ground-floor level is a twin bedroom, with an en-suite shower room and doors on to the courtyard. Two more bedrooms, a double, with en-suite shower room, and a bunk bedroom, are on the first floor of the house, together with the family bathroom. There is also a games room, with table tennis, table football and another TV up here that the younger members of your party will adore. Head on up to the second floor to find the final bedroom, a double with en-suite shower room. Have morning coffee out in the courtyard on summer days and relax out here with your book and a cup of tea in the afternoon. There is parking for one car on the drive here.

Pack towels, costumes and buckets and spades and stroll off to either the North Beach or the South Beach, both about 350 metres from the house. Explore the pretty shopping streets of the town, climb up to the castle and book a boat trip out to Caldey Island for your group. Take the children to the Dinosaur Park, 3 miles away, or Manor Wildlife Park, 3.5 miles away.

The location of this cottage is excellent and it is spacious. Unfortunately the provided beds, mattresses, pillows etc were low quality, there is mould in shower rooms and the garden furniture is dangerously corroded to the point where a garden chair collapsed when sat on and another looked about to collapse as well. It is a shame as with some careRead more and attention it could be spectacular. Hide

The property could be fantastic as it is in a superb location. However, it is very tired and neglected.

Ashford Villa was the perfect base for our holiday in Tenby and suited our group beautifully. The house is incredibly well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was spotless on arrival, thoughtfully furnished, and had a warm, welcoming feel that made it instantly feel like home. Every room offered comfort and pRead moreracticality, but the standout feature for us was the downstairs suite, which we affectionately named The West Wing. It was ideal for our older guests with mobility issues, giving them privacy, space, and easy access without the worry of stairs. The layout of the property worked brilliantly for a mixedage group, and we really appreciated the attention to detail throughout. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return to Ashford Villa for another visit to beautiful Tenby. Hide

This extremely spacious property cannot be faulted for location. It is truly central to all Tenby has to offer, and providing off-road parking is a huge bonus. We found all bedrooms comfortable and clean, including the en-suites. The kitchen is one of the best-equipped we've ever stayed in. The towels provided were also high-quality. As our stay waRead mores early in the season, we utilised the central heating system, and it worked like a dream in such a large house. All-in-all very pleased with our stay. Hide

Excellent position for beach and Centre. Good to have parking space. House very roomy with 2 doubles, twin and bunk room off the play room that had table tennis & football game. Separate lounge & dining room. Plenty (almost too much) equipment/ornaments. May just be it was almost end of season but it could have been cleaner although bedding/towels Read moreetc were fine. This property is spacious and in a great location, but it is not well maintained and is in need of a good clean. The downstairs accommodation is lacking in natural light, and it smells of dog. Not good value for money.
