Three steps to enter the apartment from outside. Once inside the apartment, the accommodation is on one level, no stairs. The accommodation is all on the ground floor(ground floor bath/shower room, WC, and bedroom.

Bedroom 2: Small single bedroom. Brand new , quality 2ft 6" single bed with a luxury pocket spring mattress. Fitted single wardrobe. This room has a has a curtain instead of a door leading into the hall.
Shower room: Sleek, modern, and newly renovated shower room, shower, vanity wash basin, toilet, heater and heated towel radiator
Pets: Sorry, no pets.
Garden/Patio: Small patio area with garden furniture to the front of the property. Wonderful sea views from the patio area (outside Seashells' entrance door) with garden furniture. This leads to a shared grass/garden area which leads directly onto the sandy beach.
Heating: Heating and electricity included.
Short Breaks: Accepted but not in peak weeks.
Parking: The allocated parking space is opposite Seashells lounge bay window and has a number 1 at the front of the parking space. It is the second space from the white boundary wall (when facing the beach).
Notes: Mobile phone signal weak, Towels provided. Direct access to beach. New BT/EE Wifi installed on 24.10.2024. Hairdryer supplied. Two fans available for summer months also. No smoking in the property
