In a quiet area close to the beach in popular Llanbedrog, this single-storey holiday home is a great seaside escape for all the family - and your pet. Stylishly designed inside, it also has fabulous outside spaces for enjoying the sunshine.

There’s immense attention to detail throughout this thoughtfully designed, semi-detached bungalow. The sleek kitchen/diner has an array of cupboards and built-in appliances, including a dishwasher, and a spacious dining table with bench seating. After supper, head to the light and airy lounge, where a Smeg flame-effect electric fire will provide extra warmth in winter. Here you can play games, read, chat or listen to music, and there’s also a Smart TV for keeping up with your favourite shows. At bedtime, there are two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite shower room) and a twin, plus a handsome family bathroom. For relaxing and dining al fresco, there’s outdoor seating in the enclosed back garden, and a BBQ and dining furniture for six on the front patio.

Llanbedrog’s mile-long, sandy beach, backed by colourful beach huts, is just a few hundred yards from the property. These safe, sheltered waters are much-loved by families and you can easily while away your days sunbathing, paddling and sandcastle-building. The village also has a selection of pubs and places to eat, including a renowned arts centre with an excellent cafe. Explore the coast path and woodland walking trails on the Llanbedrog headland, or spend the day in the popular resort of Abersoch, 3 miles, where you’ll find a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, and the sheltered main beach where you can learn to sail or powerboat, or hire a dinghy, kayak or pedalo. For something different, 9 miles away is Glasfryn Parc, North Wales’ premier activity centre, for both indoor and outdoor fun.

Lovely location and cottage. We are a family of 5 and we were very comfortable. We had a minor plumbing issue on day of arrival. We called the owner who had it sorted within 24 hours with regular updates and it shows the owner cares and is very helpful.

Lovely house in a great location, lovely secure outdoor area for pets and children. Very comfortable beds. The local beach is close by and can be reached via the coastal path or the lane down from the cottage. The local pub had unfortunately had a fire and was closed for refurbishment, which was a shame as it was really close to the cottage. This is an excellent property. Clean ad very comfortable with plenty of room. The dish washer and fridge are rather small for a group of six. The local Spar is well stocked ad useful. The road up to the bungalow is narrow and is easily blocked by a Morrison delivery truck dropping off orders. We had to wait 15 mins before he got out of the way! Our second stay here at Hill View. Lovely house - comfy beds and everything we needed. Ample parking and we enjoyed the sun trap at the front of the house. The walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes although an uphill climb on the way back!

Well decorated and maintained the cottage was a perfect base for exploring the local area. Bedrooms were comfy and spacious, bathrooms both clean and well- equipped kitchen too. Lounge seating comfy. Walking to the beach was easier down hill than up but it was worth it for the space, view and the Aqua beach bar too!
