The unique property enjoys a peaceful rural location in the grounds of the magnificent Plas Gelliwig on the Llyn Peninsula. Sleeping six guests, this would suit both families and groups of friends. After a day of adventure, settle down in front of the wood burner, or share stories and toast marshmallows around the fire pit. The property is ideally placed for many of the peninsula’s highlights, including Nefyn, Abersoch, Pwllheli, and Porth Neigwl (all within 10 miles).

The Grade II-listed property oozes charm, cleverly combining period features with contemporary design. A large archway welcomes you into the lounge/diner, with floor-to-ceiling windows and cosy underfloor heating. Curl up next to the roaring wood burner or, in summer, open the patio doors to extend the living space outdoors. The gorgeous kitchen is full of personality, making it a joy to cook in, and has a breakfast bar for informal dining. A utility room completes the ground floor. Three inviting bedrooms are upstairs, one of which has a small en-suite shower room. You’ll also find a small but stylish family shower room. Outside, a tranquil haven awaits in the enclosed garden. You’ll have a choice of areas for al fresco entertaining, including around the fire pit and on the terrace, and there’s also a large lawn (please note there is an unfenced pond, and children must be supervised at all times).

The stylish village of Abersoch is 6 miles away. With a lively food scene, you’ll have plenty of independent eateries to choose from, as well as boutiques and galleries to explore. Just along the coast is the surfing hotspot of Porth Neigwl (5.5 miles), where you can try a whole host of water sports. The bustling coastal town of Pwllheli (10 miles) is also a must, with a popular open-air market and two south-facing beaches.

Wonderful house in a beautiful location. Very private and peaceful, and a joy to return to after a trip out. Numerous fantastic towns.and beaches only 15 mins drive away, We felt happy to let our dog wander in the garden, and is secure enough unless you have an escape artist.

A beautiful well designed conversation, quiet, warm, comfortable and practical. My son and his family joined us for the weekend, comfortably accomadated four adults and two children. In the evening toasting marshmallows around the fire pit was a very memorable moment.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage. Loved spending time in the garden enjoying the bird song and solitude. The cottage was very well equipped and nicely decorated. Would love to return and also highly recommend to family and friends.

Amazing cottage in a secluded area close to many beaches, one within walking distance though you do need a car. The cottage is well appointed and comfortable with lovely touches like the ornaments and the little outdoor areas. The welcome gifts were a nice touch too and the log burner kicked out some heat in the evenings. Would love to visit in theRead more summer when we can enjoy the garden more, though we couldnt let the dog off as it isnt secure. Hide

Lovely property in great setting and quiet surroundings. Well equipped and comfy for 4 people, however think upstairs would be a bit tight for 6 adults as the bathroom(s) are very small.
