Stay in a Traditional stone-built cottage with stylish and homely interiors with wooden beamed ceilings on a farm surrounded by countryside in the LlÅ·n Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Spend quality time in the garden with a bottle of bubbly and explore the picturesque Welsh coastline with up to five other human guests and two four-legged friends.

Make yourself at home in the bright and characterful lounge with contemporary lighting, plump sofas and boldly coloured cushions. Natural light pours in through the skylight and windows plus the glow of the wood burner in front of the exposed stone wall creates an ambient glow. Continue into the rustic kitchen with a large wooden dining table, farmhouse-style units and an exposed brick feature wall. There are two bathrooms and three bedrooms – two doubles and a twin room. Outside is an open lawned garden with a patio area, furniture and a BBQ.

During your stay at the furthest tip of the Llŷn Peninsula, you’ll be surrounded by tranquil countryside and a rugged coastline. The nearby seaside village of Abedaron is just 1.5 miles away – where you can grab an ice cream or a pastry before relaxing on the expansive, sandy Traeth Aberdaron beach (2 miles). Not far from here is the National Trust Traeth Porth Meudwy (2.5 miles) – a quiet cove where you can join the Welsh Coastal Path or hop on a boat to Bardsey Island. The closest beach is National Trust Porthor (1.5 miles) – which has pale cream sand and crystal clear water. There’s also a convenient cafe in case you forgot to pack a picnic.

Very comfortable holiday accommodation in a converted barn. Quiet location with countryside views and enclosed garden ideal for dogs. Very helpful owners on site. Short drive into Aberdaron for beach, shops and pubs/hotels. Walking routes directly from accommodation to coastal path, albeit partly on local roads. Excellent cottage , sensitively converted with a nod to it history , very comfortable . Unique situation , we enjoyed exploring the area , our prime reason for visiting Aberdaron was the annual RS Thomas Festival so the cottage was ideally placed for that . Son and Wife loved it too .Hope to return .

Cottage is beautiful. Idyllic location, excellent views, very quiet and off the beaten track. Owners are very helpful but not intrusive - there if you need them.

This was a fabulous barn conversion to stay in. It was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and with everything we needed for our stay. One of our favourite parts was outside with the beautiful views and tranquil seclusion. We had some great food from Cegin cae [Field cafe] thank you Denise. As a family we have been visiting the Aberdaron area alRead moremost every year for 30 years, it never fails to restore our sense of rest and relaxation, so much to do as fans of swimming, walking, beach combing and sitting looking at the views. Thank you Denise and Ian, we hope to see you again. Hide

We loved Ty Cam. The owners made us feel very welcome but never intruded. The location is close to the owners house but feels very secluded and private with beautiful farmland views. It is well situated to walk to Aberdaron or drive elsewhere easily and the area is truly beautiful with lots of great beaches and walks in easy reach. The design of thRead moree cottage has been well considered. It is a traditional stone build so not huge but characterful, thoughtfully converted, very cosy, yet modern. We had 6 adults a baby and a dog and were comfortable. The outside space is lovely. We were lucky with the weather but will book again. We would recommend this without hesitation. Thank you for a lovely stay Hide
