You will find a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room on the ground floor, which has a large stable door opening onto the pretty courtyard. Upstairs, you can pick between the king-size room with balcony views, or the beautiful twin room – all thoughtfully furnished with comfy beds and the finest linen and towels. Spend much-needed downtime outside, making the most of the patio and picnic area with al fresco dining. Fire up the BBQ in the walled garden, and soak the muscles in the hot tub.
There is a village shop and pub in Bryncrug (2 miles), and the nearby village of Tywyn (5 miles) offers shops, pubs, restaurants, a cinema and a leisure centre. Meet the Wales Coast Path at Rhoslefain (2 miles) and head south to the golden sands of Aberdyfi Beach (9 miles). Chase some waterfalls at Dolgoch Falls (5 miles) or take on the countryside lanes by bike, soaking up the wilderness views. For the history buffs, Castell y Bere Castle (5 miles) is a nice jaunt for a bit of culture.
