With the beautiful sandy beach within walking distance, sociable open-plan living and sea views, this light and airy family apartment is the perfect base for a family to explore the delights of Tresaith.

Climb the stairs to the second floor, and you’ll be greeted by a spacious open-plan living area, the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Settle into comfortable seating and lose yourself in a good book, or sit by the window and be treated to breathtaking views of the sea. You will find everything you need to whip up a delicious meal or prepare a sumptuous picnic in the contemporary kitchen/diner. Retire for the night to the delightful double bedroom, where exposed beams and stunning sea views combine to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Meanwhile, the second bedroom, with its sloped attic-style ceilings, features three cosy single beds, perfect for a family or group of friends. Both of these bedrooms share a lovely family bathroom. While this apartment has no private outdoor space, you’ll find that the beach is a few steps away from your door.

Nestled in the heart of this charming coastal town, this property is ideally located near the local café, pub, and - perhaps most importantly - the beach. With its tranquil rock pools and safe swimming waters, it’s the perfect spot for families to spend an idyllic afternoon soaking up the sun and sea. This stretch of coastline is also renowned for its dolphin sightings, and there are plenty of scenic walks in the area that offer the chance to catch a glimpse of these majestic creatures. And for those seeking a little adventure, the enchanting Cardigan Bay is 8 miles away, offering a wealth of natural wonders to explore. Alternatively, head 16 miles up the coast to the picturesque town of Aberaeron, where the streets are lined with charming, colourful houses and there are a treasure trove of independent shops and eateries to discover.

All good scores but I did leave a. Its at the property regarding the bathroom, it is in dire need of a deep cleaning in the shower, black mould everywhere and sink taps are really dirty and encrusted , I did my best to clean them but that was all that let it down .
