This characterful cottage on a working family farm is ideal for a couple, a small family or group of friends looking for a tranquil holiday in an idyllic rural setting. In a perfect location to explore the spectacular coast and countryside of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, and you can walk half a mile across the farm to reach the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path leading you along the cliff tops of the northern edge of the beautiful St Davids peninsula.

This delightful two-storey property used to be the corn meal house (Ty Blawd) and today provides a wonderfully warm welcome to guests, having blended original features, including exposed beams, with the comforts of everyday living. On the ground floor is a contemporary kitchen that makes meal preparation a breeze and a dining area with a wooden table to share meals. Two steps lead to the comfortable lounge with a sofa and two armchairs to sink into after a day of exploring where you can enjoy conversation or watch the TV. Three steps lead to the bathroom and a cosy double bedroom. Upstairs from the lounge is a twin bedroom with exposed beams. Step outside is a private outdoor area where you can relax.

Explore the incredible coastline and head to the beautiful white sandy beaches at nearby Whitesands (2 miles) and Caerfai Bay (3 miles), which are great for families - so bring your bucket and spades. Cyclists can take to some of the quiet country roads, and water sports enthusiasts can find opportunities for canoeing, kayaking, and coasteering with local companies in St Davids. We had a wonderful holiday. The cottage was perfect for my daughters and I-comfortable, cosy, well-equipped-couldnt have asked for anything more. The cottages owner was kind and friendly and had thought of everything we might need-thank you.

Just what i needed. Excellent location with multiple walk choices straight from the door. Also they provide a real vacuum cleaner (as opposed to hopeless battery ones) so clearing up before leaving was very straightforward.
