We received a very friendly welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house provided very comfortable accommodation for twelve of us and had every amenity that we required. It was ideally situated for touring the north Wales coast. It was great fun for the children to be close to farm animals and to be surrounded by unlimited open space.

We booked this venue to celebrate a family birthday with adults and young children. We could not have been happier with the venue and the welcome we had. Plenty of space and equipment to use for a family party. The children particularly loved seeing the farm animals. We even got lucky with the weather in this beautiful part of the world. We were a group of friends with kids that stayed for four nights. The location was great, the kids loved seeing the tractors at work. Communication to the owner was excellent and the cottage itself was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Wed be happy to stay again in future.

The house was very nice and on a working farm with plenty of space inside and out, ideal for large family gatherings, the very large dining table was well used in the evening by the adult's, while the large lounge was occupied by the children. The instructions for finding the house could be updated as the Black Lion pub is no longer in the village.
