Stunning cabin in the most beautiful location, overlooking fields/sheep, surrounded by mountains/waterfalls and all within easy reach. Very peaceful and yet everything available including gin tasting (the owners make fabulous gin! ). We really loved our stay, thank you.

We had a wonderful week at the Flying Scotsman. Waking up to the beautiful views every morning was marvellous. Very quiet and relaxing, especially enjoyed sitting in the hot tub in the evening looking at the stars. Would definitely love to go back.

Had such a lovely stay at the Flying Scotsman! The location was wonderful and peaceful, and the shepherd's hut was surprisingly spacious. Every piece of kitchen equipment you could possibly need was provided and the whole stay was comfy and relaxing. The hot tub really made it though! Would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

The Flying Scotsman was definitely a 5* glamping experience and even a 3* self-catering. With some cheap touch-ups this would have been even better (e.g. tightening sink tap, fix one of the french door blinds, fix rope around the seating area, replace blown lighting bulbs inside etc). The location was absolutely amazing!
