Step inside this pretty stone cottage, slip onto a sofa and make yourself at home. When it’s time for dinner, head to the light and bright kitchen and whip up something tasty for your loved ones. Dine at the table in the open-plan lounge/diner, or head out to the garden and dine alfresco. After dinner, pour yourself a glass of wine and watch the stars come out, or head back indoors to stretch out in front of the TV. When it’s time for bed, you’ll find two lovely bedrooms upstairs.
There are plenty of animals to meet on the farm – and you can even stable your own horses there. This area is a rider’s paradise and the property even has a bridleway going through the farm and up onto the mountain. Animal lovers will also love watching the red kites soaring in the skies above the farm. The Red Kite Feeding Centre is located just 3.5 miles away. Further afield, head into the market town of Brecon (23 miles) for the day to browse the shops, visit its beautiful cathedral and stroll along the canal towpath.
