Would highly recommend a stay here. We booked both Pwllyn and Tycanol for our stay. Excellent directions made it easy to find. The cottages were lovely and spacious and everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. The owners came to welcome us and show us the guides for the hot tub, which was amazing. A lovely 10 minute walk took us to the Read morelocal pub for food - highly recommend booking a table beforehand, luckily we had! The food was fantastic. This place was recommended to us and we will definitely keep this venue on our radar for any other gatherings in the future. Hide

Thank-you for a lovely comfortable stay at Ty Cannol. Ty Cannol means middle house and this cottage is set in between 2 others. Ideal for multiple families all wanting to rent out accommodation close by as the garden can currently be shared by opening a gate between 2 of the properties. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen is extremely well stRead moreocked. A lovely welcome package of wine and welsh cakes on arrival, so thank you for those. No DVD player in the cottage so we weren't able to watch the movies we brought with us. No table to eat outside the back. The outside table and chairs are out the front where you park the cars. The cottage is bigger than the photos show.. can comfortably seat 7, garden is a lovely size. Easy walk to the pub although we didn't go. Thank-you for a lovely stay Hide

Lovely comfortable property. Situated on a farm but not muddy around the property and easy access from main road. Perfect garden for the dog. Top notch hot tub. I booked the cottage for a 3-night stay with a group of six adults and a dog. The house offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 1 toilets, with heating provided by a ground-source heat pump, which was quiet and efficient throughout our stay. The cottage is situated on a peaceful farm, away from traffic, making it very quiet at night. Within walking distaRead morence is the monument of the last Princess of Wales, which added a nice historical touch to the location. The highlight for us was definitely the hot tub in the gardenwe enjoyed it even in the rain! All the facilities were clean and in perfect working order. One thing to note is that there is no EV charger at the cottage, so we used the charging station at the car park in Builth Wells. The owners who live in a nearby house, were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. Hide
