Step into this rural retreat and wander down the hall to discover it has a stylish and beautifully finished interior. Amble through to the open-plan kitchen/diner to open the French doors on to the garden, unpack the shopping and relax for a while on the sofa as the kettle boils. Take your cup of tea and slice of traditional Welsh bara brith through to the lounge, where there is more soft seating. Light the wood burner in the stone inglenook fireplace in here on chilly evenings, absorb the glorious views and find a good film on TV for everyone to enjoy. Also downstairs is a useful cloakroom. Both bedrooms are up on the first floor of the cottage. These include a king-size room and a bedroom with both a double and a single bed. The family bathroom is also at this level. Spread out into the garden as often as the weather permits. Sizzle supper on the BBQ and play games on the lawn. There is space to store cycles and private parking.

Head off on walks from the cottage, including up to the peak of Cader Idris, the highest mountain in southern Snowdonia, and along the Mawddach Trail, which follows the shore of the scenic Mawddach Estuary for 9 miles.
