Exploring further, the property has a refreshing bathroom and two cheerful king-size bedrooms: the first is screened off from the living area and features a lounger chair by the window; the second room is to the rear of the property and has a skylight and vanity station. Outside, the big roof garden has a handy picnic bench, providing a lovely spot for a coffee or a glass of wine. A few steps lead out from the cottage and along to the hot tub which perches at the very edge of the cliff, with stunning views out to sea.
The Wales Coast Path passes beneath the property, leading to the beaches at Llangrannog and Cwmtydu, both within 3.5 miles. Llangrannog has some great pubs and an activity centre offering skiing and quad biking. From New Quay (6 miles) you can take a boat trip into the bay to spot dolphins.
