Further along the coast, in the pretty village of New Quay (13 miles), you can take boat trips to go wildlife watching around Cardigan Bay. The vibrant university town of Aberystwyth (11.5 miles) also makes a great day out, with a fantastic range of shops, Victorian promenade, and excellent selection of eateries.
