With room for up to 16 guests, this spacious, three-storey house is ideal for family gatherings and special get-togethers at any time of the year. Enjoy gorgeous views from the hot tub, get cosy around the wood burners or explore Machynlleth and the Snowdonia National Park.
Making it easy to cater for groups of all kinds, the house has two kitchens and two dining rooms - one with a table for up to 16, and the other with a table for six and two armchairs. There are two welcoming living spaces, too, each with a TV and wood burner. On the first floor you’ll find six double bedrooms, all with TVs, three of which have en-suite shower rooms. The other three bedrooms share two family bathrooms, one of which has a spa bath. Up a further flight of stairs to the second floor are the two attic rooms, both twins, and a spacious landing area with children’s toys. The front garden is tiered to blend into the surrounding landscape, and has a bench from which you can enjoy the view to the River Dyfi. There’s also an elevated decked area where you can grill up some treats on the gas BBQ, and a hot tub that’s perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenic surroundings.
The house is 0.5 miles from a lovely village pub/restaurant and less than 2 miles from the market town of Machynlleth, the ancient capital of Wales. Here there are shops, pubs and places to eat, as well as antiques stores, boutique shops and galleries featuring local arts and crafts. From here you can also access hikes, cycle trails and mountain-biking routes. The charming coastal village of Aberdyfi is 10.5 miles, popular for sailing, water sports, golf and its sandy beach.
